The DEA is at it again. The Drug Enforcement Agency seized a 250lb package of seeds from Italy. Big bust, right? Unfortunately for them it turns out the shipment of industrial hemp seeds was bound for Kentucky’s Commissioner of Agriculture James Comer to be used in a hemp pilot project which will take place across the state thanks to the passage of the 2014 Farm Bill signed into law.
